ASCA Top 50 AG Teams Announced

The American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA) announced the Top 50 Age Group Teams in four size divisions, recognizing premier swimming programs across the U.S. based on the top 20 individual USA Swimming national rankings for swimmers ages 10-14.

The top 8 heats of every event will be swum in the A flight. All other heats of event will be swum during the B flight.

Swimming at a age group championship meet this weekend. They said the meet will be flighted and have no clue what that is.

To join competitive swim meets, you must be a part of a usa swim team. You can find a list of swim teams in your local area from the usa swim website. https://www.usaswimming.org/home/find-a-team

USA swim is the governing body for swimming in the US. They come up with rules and swim standards. They also promote swimming around the country.
